Old Newbie Wanting To Upload Atari ST Magazines

I've scanned and would like to upload three magazines:- Atari ST User 1992-12 No.082, 1992-09 No.079 & 1992-08 No. 078 which I don't see available under the Atari ST magazine section.
I've looked under the Contributions section and it looks as if uploading is done using file transfer protocol. Not having used this I'm clueless as to what to do. I could use Dropbox and send you the link.
Can you give me a starter for 10 using ftp please or should I be asking for access to post attachments?
