Updated MicroEmacs 4.00 binary for Atari ST

Hi there,

I just spent a few hours compiling a full MicroEmacs 4.00 for the Atari ST, using Mark Williams C. I never managed to find a fully compiled one out in the wild!

I've uploaded it to /robdaemon/UEMACS400.ZIP on the FTP server. It includes a readme.txt with the features that are enabled.

I made a mistake in packaging, so I uploaded a newer version: /ST/robdaemon/UEMACS400-2.zip
