Where can I make contributions?

I used to make contributions to the ftp site, but it no longer seems to work. That, or possibly the address has changed.

Does anyone have any details?

ftp.atarimania.com
user : atarimania
pwd : atarimaniaftp

Please use a directory named ST for 16bit contributions.
