Is there something special about this recent auction, or did this sell for a lot more than it usually does?

Is there any difference between the in-store demonstration cartridge in the brown case with the yellow lettering, and the cart in the gray case, light gray label, with black and rainbow lettering?

The one with the rainbow lettering is a lot harder to find! Identical otherwise.

I have this cartridge. I got it by accident thirty years ago. I bought what I thought was the Basic cartridge for my Atari 400 and this cartridge was in the box by mistake. For some reason I didn't return it. I later bought another Basic cartridge. I don't know why but I've always liked the In-store Demonstration Cartridge.
