I am new to the emulator

I really do not know exactly what i am doing. But I stumbled across some of this stuff while reading some gaming news and well it brought me to remeber the stuff that got me started on my gaming habbits. Atari!!! so i invesicated this more and more and well i am trying to use an emulator and have no idea how to. So my first question is i install the atari800win and well it says it cannot find the roms i tried to drag and drop one of the games and that didnt work either. After reading in here a bit i beleive i am missing the atari OS files well honestly i look at the 4 options i have OS A , OS B, 5600 and one other. I have no clue where to get them or if i need all of them. But if someone could point me in the right direction or send my a link that wil take me to these files that would be great.
