Who knows this cart?

The cart's name is "Alphabet Fun Whiz Kid B VTL" and the cart has been found in this
auction lot (not mine). Personally, I have never seen nor heard of this cart. Anyone who has?

It's not an Atari cart.
I believe that "Whiz Kid VTL" is an educational game system which uses similar shaped carts. I think the manufacturer is V-Tech.
I actually bought one of these last year (I bid without seeing a photo) because it was just described as "Whiz Kid" and I had assumed that it was the Romox cart.
